Finished my first week on the plan. Walked an average of 3.8 miles on the treadmill (went 5 miles per last 3 days) and ran a calorie deficit of around 1000 everyday on a whole foods diet. I would link the food planner buy I dont have 25 posts yet. It's called tweak fit daily diet plan. 12 cups of water per day also. I stepped on the scale for the fist time this morning and lost 2.8 pounds :D. Happy with that because i would love to lose 10 lbs a month. Thanks for checking in!
