I have an obsession with weighing myself, and i tinhk its depressing me.. i cant jump the 170 mark.. this morning i weighed as soon as I woke up, 168.. i thought that cannot be right because yesterday I was 170.. so i weighed again a couple hours later and sure enough 173.. ? up 3lbs.. bla.. waa waa.. i feel like my losses are slowing down alot.. dont knw what to do about that.. i really wanna meet my goal by may 1st... i still have 30 lbs to go..

Simple, don't weigh yourself more than once a day. As soon as you have your morning shake or coffee how much liquid it measures out to is added to your weight.
Better yet if you get so stressed about it only weigh in once a week. That's what most people on the board do.

I weigh myself every morning at the same time before I have any water or breakfast. Your weight can fluctuate up to 3-5 lbs a day so it doesn't make sense to weigh in a different times.
If it is causing you too much stress.... don't do it daily.

Try weighing weekly instead of daily.
