Found this site today for the first time and it must be exactly what I need. I have lost 40ish pounds and am stuck. I have a lot more to lose but need to get motivated again. My pain level has interfered with my ability to exercise. The pain MD wants me to get started with aerobics..ha! I have problems walking and doing stairs. I know I can do this, I need to feel better. Any ideas to get motivated would be appreciated. WW has helped me lose the 40ish# but with my new job I can't attend the same meetings every week so I signed up for "online WW" which is not the same. I am impressed with this site!
