Got to the gym and rode the bike over 30 minutes...at a level I am not used to Cross Country - over 200 cals burned - felt great! Tonight before bed will be 50 tummy crunches.... I am feeling really good - really positive - and I know from last year how exercise makes you feel - like on cloud 9 -

:p Which tape do you do Crystle? I am doing the Leslie Sanzone tapes Walk Away The Pounds for Abs. Good job going all the way through the three mile!!!
I am still on the two mile and usually just make it through to 1 mile and 3/4. It's really more a time issue, as I do it in the morning and always seem to be running late (it's so hard to get out of my warm bed with all the snow outside!!)
I usually do a pilates video when I get home from work (and often only go most of the way through that too!!!) I must have a short attention span...but I figure at least I'm getting some exercise.

A late report for Thursday . . .

I did 45 minutes on the TM yesterday, because I had a dinner meeting on Wednesday night and ate more than I would have normally eaten. That's my new rule for me. If I go out to eat, I do a longer workout the next day.

Congrats to all who have taken and met and are working on the challenge. GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!! You movers and shakers!!!

What I posted on the weekly board about my exercise today:

Lack of sleep=lack of desires=lack of energy=lack of sex! Okay, I threw the last one in there for sympathy!:^: I had a very PATHETIC walk today, BUT, considering the obsticales just mentioned with an addition to a painful area on my ankle, I actually went out and did my walk. I hymed and hawed, dilly-dallyed around and finally pushed myself out. I thought I'd just do 2 miles, but as I was thinking as I was crawling, I mean walking, on the street I passed where I would turn to go only 2 miles, so I figured 3.5 miles, but when I got there I said, oh, what the heck and ended up doing the entire 4.5 miles. Now, all considered, it took me 1 hour 5 minutes and 35 seconds. Now for me, that's like a dead mans crawl, so you can only imagine how I was feeling today. I kept feeling a pain right about where my shoe heel hits and when I got home found like a cut and bleeding, not sure what the heck I did there:shrug: Anyhow, I did it and now I'm happy!:D

Throwing in the 13 stairs I walked up and the 13 stairs I walked back down yesterday. I think I did it about 15 times, surely, that counts as SOME exercise:shrug:

Friday Report----

Just finished 46 minutes on the TM. My friend called halfway through. She got stuck somewhere and didn't get home in time. I read and like MONET says, the time passes so quickly when reading and treading. I did one 100-step jog this morning. No reason why, just felt like I had a little extra energy.
