I want to purchase a ProForm elliptical but they are cheaper, and I am worried they wont be very sturdy.

Anyone have success with these? Or bad experiences?

I seen them on HSN for payments of like 5 months @ $85 and I had my biggest weight loss success with an elliptical. Good investment in a proform?

I like the one with red on it, because it has that iFit hookup. I definitley want one with a fan built in.

Heres the one I am especially looking at (you'll have to add in the dots before com as it wouldnt let me post a link)

I have a Healthrider that feels like the ones in the gyms. I purchased it from Sports Authority and paid around $899 for it. Some machines you really need to spend a buck for, especially ellipticals - otherwise it will be squeeking and flimsy after a few uses.

Proform have the wheel at the back, right? I've heard that those are not the best ones to get, and that they can be really uncomfortable. I have a Spirit Esprit EL 455 (approx $1K), and it is even nicer than the ones at my local gym. I agree with fatklr that for something like this you really should spend the extra $$ to get something sturdy.

I have a schwinn elliptical and I really like it. I had a cheaper elliptical and got rid of it because it was so loud. The Schwinn seems to be much quieter and very sturdy.
