Hi there all of you gorgeous alternachicks! How have you all been? I'm good. I have decided to give this whole weight loss thing yet another try. I will keep trying until I succeed or drop dead which ever comes first. LOL! ;)

Hey Velvet WELCOME BACK! I got to agree with Ruthie this place is about support otherwise ya'll would have to kick me out. I haven't lost a lb. in 3 months! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
