Well.. its been officially one week since I bought my scale and weighed in for the first time.. i weighed 225 lbs.. this week I have been doing my classes at work and have not cheated once on my diet.. i have stuck between 1100-1500 the entire time.. luckily it has paid off.. today I weighed 221.2...... a 3.8lb loss.. not to shabby for 1 week... now if I can just keep it going i'll be good!:carrot:

Congratulations on your first week's loss! I just finished my first week also and I noticed we are really close in weight. Last week I was 231.6 and today I was 226.6. I don't know what's up with the .6 lol but it meant an exact 5 lbs loss. I'm wondering if losing 5 was some kind of 'fluke', like water weight or something but I'll take it! I'm hoping I won't experience the famous "biggest loser 2 wk curse":dizzy:
I'm keeping between 1200-1400 cals per day and I did 3 workouts this past week but I'm aiming to do 6 this week. I'm drinking a bunch of water and doing my make-up every day to help feel better about myself. That must sound weird (the make-up) but if I get dressed and do my hair and look good for the day it helps me feel better.
Anyways, good luck with this week. I hope we can both be celebrating being back in the 100's soon!
