I was here for a few weeks at the end of September and the beginning of October. Since then a lot of things in my life have had me otherwise occupied and I kind of fell off track. But things have started to settle down enough that I feel confident, again, in my ability to dedicate myself to my weight loss.
I have managed to lose some weight, unintentionally, in the last couple of months but now I am going to actually try again. I'm excited to start back up and I'm even more excited to believe in myself again! I really enjoy this forum and I'm happy to be back!

I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
