Yay! Nsv!
So, I know around the start of the year I was so bummed because of my tendon and being sick. I really swear up and down I would have more progress scale wise except for those incidents in the middle of holiday eating. I just realized what my January measurements were compared to my start of December measurements are. I lost 5.5 inches off my body in the two weeks I was on plan and exercising! I lost 2 inches on both my hips and waist! Wow!
