Default lunch help

so I really wanted a hamburger for lunch but decided to go to our local health food store where they have a bbq and was going to order a buffalo burger but changed my mind

I ordered a grilled portobella mushroom burger

2 standard size portobella mushrooms
1 whole wheat bun

the bun is from a local health bakery and no info on their packaging

How did I do? This thing ROCKS and I know I made a good choice but lost on how to point it (I am doing momentum)

Thanks

I'd add at least 2-3 points for the oil it was prepared in. You could have had a real burger.

Have you tried any of the Morning Star products? Their line of veggie burgers are absolutely delicious and only 3 P+ (1 or 2pts for Momentum). For lunch I have a veggie burger, Arnold Sandwich Thin, a slice of tomato & onion, and piece of fruit. Super filling!

Morning Star also has some amazing "breaded chick'n" burgers. They taste like you MUST be eating something bad for you. I love an unhealthy crappy chicken burger but these are seriously just as good, and these are about 3 or 4pp (I think, I am doing flex so I calculated the points myself, but I remember the PP being on the box). They are soooo tasty.

With a sandwich thin, they are a really filling lunch that doesn't use many points at all.
