Hi Fellow Turtles,
Here's where we can set up our own goals to reach by Valentine's Day.
1. post weight on Fridays, keep a time line going for the 6 weeks.
2. goal: hit 179# by February 14th.

Ok here we go!!!
1. weight -3 lbs I am sure this is salt!!!!!
2. Gym only made it 2x so far maybe get in the 3rd today.
3. Eating went pretty well, only a few leftover christmas cookies, and takeout pizza.
So overall a I feel pretty good about this week!!!

I think I got behind here.
Goals for next 6 weeks:
1. get in atleast 6 glasses water a day
2. Treadmill atleast 3 times a week.

Weight: 180# (at home WI) Yay! I am so happy. The challenge is to keep this weight off, not rest on my laurels. Got on :tread: all days but one this week. Yay.

181# at home scale (no clothes) Yay! This is Friday and the trick is to keep the weight off over the weekend. I know people do it. I'm going to be one of those people!
