Hi All

Happy New Year. I am back on IP so back here with my fav support group. I had taken a little hiatus back in October because I was on the road quite a bit. Moved to another city a new job and new travel schedule. I tried so hard to maintain my 20lbs weight loss but inevitable ended up gaining 8lbs. Now I am back on track to loose the 8 plus the left over pounds from my last goal.
So hope to make it happen this time. Just curious will IP be just as effective this tme after the Hiatus or will it not be? Any experiences:hug:

I'd also like to know if it was as effective Round 2? I am starting for the 2nd time today --- did 5 months in 2011 and lost about 58lbs.

I just finished the 1st week of my round 2 today and lost 10.8lbs so I think it can be as effective, but it's harder IMO because of the cheating at the end last time for me. The cravings have been worse but nothing I can't handle. GL to you!

Hi all yes I have been back on this only a few days and have found it to be working well. I started last wednesday and have already lost 4.6lbs and that too the week of TOM. Now that it is here and I am sure I have lost some more bloating I think the scale might go down even more prior to my one week being up. This would be phenominal for week one.

Good to know!

I'm pretty new to IP (love it!) but my main purpose for losing weight is for a cruise in June. I know when I get back I'll need to shed some of those buffet pounds lol.

I too am on day 4 back OP. I maintained during the holidays. But oh man, I feel just as bad as I did the first time. This headache is horrible! It's migraine strength! Can't wait till my energy comes in and I can enjoy "life" again. Lol! Good luck to all of you starting again! We can do this!

Welcome back everyone, I also restarted back on IP phase 1 this week. I quickly gained back the 5 pounds that they say some will gain in maintenance and I also have lowered my goal weight by another 10 pounds, so now have 16 more pounds to go. My Dr. set my goal the first round at 175 pounds for me, but I am going to try to get to 165.
The IP program worked very well for me the first round, I sure hope it will be just as effective this time around. I am finding it harder this time, but just have to get my mind set in gear and get at it. I also have been away from the 3FC site also, there is such great support on here. I need to get back on here and start reading the posts, this was such a big help the first time.

Best wishes and good luck everyone that is starting over, we can and we will do this!!

Well I have FINALLY seen a difference on the scale...about 6 pounds in week 1. I guess I was bloated from TOM so I didn't notice earlier in the week.

I too had severe headaches Day 3, 4 and 5 but those have finally gone away also! and today is my birthday! whoo have a great day everyone!
