Hi
I started on Step 1 today. Have been reading the book for a few days now but wanted the holidays to get past before I started with some sincerity. I am so glad to find this forum. I am eager to get to my 4th day as I know the first 3 days would be miserable. I am a vegetarian 2 days a week so its going to be hard to get enough protein I guess, specially in Step 1.
I am going to avoid the sugar substitutes (except stevia, may be) and the low fat products and also any processed foods (as I heard that our body cannot deal with processed foods and that's going to hinder fat loss) I believe its still going to work. I am sure someone out there tried this path before, it would be great to get any feedback on that.
I am going to follow this forum closely. Good luck everyone.
