Quick intro :
I'm a graphic designer and work from home. I'm 31, and a mother of 2 kids, ages 2 and 4.
In my early adulthood I weigh around 130lbs. Before I had my kids, I weigh around 140 lbs, after my 2nd child, I was at 153 lbs. In 2010, I was able to go down to 135 lbs (once!!) by calorie-counting with an iPhone app, and exercising with my Nintendo Wii. But for an unknown reason, I stopped doing everything I was doing right, and the weight crept back to 152 lbs as of this morning.
My fiance had lost 35lbs in 2010, and he also gained it all back (and more). We are now committed to going back to our 2010 ways, and getting our shapes back.
I have asked for exercising Wii games for christmas and bought and elliptical machine right before christmas that now sits in our living room. All we need now is motivation and will!
I am now counting on you guys to help me not give up this time, and reach my 130 lbs goal.
I'm getting married in July 2013 and should start shopping for my dress this summer, so that's a pretty good incentive!
