I am starting the IP plan as a friend had suggested. I have done a lot of research on the diet and hope this works better than the others. I think picking the right foods is going to be challenging. I have lost weight on other plans, but they were not as healthy as this one seems. I have 30 lbs to go and do to my MS I cannot exercise to extremes due to over exhausting myself and getting sick. Thanks for the support in the future.
