Did the HIIT 15 + stretch 10 -underwhelmed and these heavy landing lunges are not for me! (They are only heavy b/c I'm heavy )
We have a new zumba teacher on Wed. morning and I wasn't really enjoying the class. I might switch it up and start some cycling classes too. That is if my hip cooperates.
Diana- i will! I probably won't try spinning until a week or 2. Those classes are so full with all the Jan. people.
today- ymca turbokick 45 min- this class is like a mixture of turbo fire and turbo jam. They change the routine every 2 months. It was fun but challenging.
