Hi All! In the middle of 2011 I created a thread called 365 miles in 365 days. For 2012 I am ready to bump it up a notch and make an even larger goal!
On average you will need to get in 10 miles per week or close to 42 miles a month!
You can count your miles in any fashion:
Swimming, biking, walking, running, eliptical, steps, etc!
So I guess the next question is...who is down for the challenge??
