Hello everybody, I'm 21 and 5'4" I am a new mom I currently weigh about 203 and looking to get down to about 145 or lower if possible. I'm looking for dieting ideas and help I'm new as I stated before. I am currently just counting calories and working out as I can. I am looking for any helpful tips and words of encouragement ! I'm looking to drop about 60 lbs I want to do it in less than a year! Thanks in advance for any help!! xoxo:D

Calorie counting is really great and it's how I dropped my weight. Be sure to check out the calorie counters forum and the 20-something's forum! :)

Kenziesmama, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. Find one that inspires you and just post to join!
