Hey! Drink lots of water, don't beat yourself up, and walk more!

My favorite thing to do is stopping by a low price shop and picking up an incredible looking shirt or jacket in my ideal size. Hang that baby up somewhere you can see it every day! You will fit in there if you keep it up!

Welcome to 3FC!

When I was having trouble staying motivated I looked at people's goal pictures and mini-goal pictures. I saw so many people like me that made it and I got right back on track!

Oh, the goal pictures are amazing and so motivating. I think I watched only those two days in a row and it really got me on track.
When I look at the amount of weight some women and men lost...I feel featherweight Some lost more than I weigh myself! If they did it, I'm in no place complaining about how hard it is..

Welcome to the site!!!

I would say to try to take it one day at time.... I used to get so discouraged when I would do everything right (diet & exercise) but didnt see fast results...I gave up trying to lose weight fast and stuck with a healthy diet and exercise...so far its been working great!!!

Good Luck on your journey to a new and improved you :-)

Hi. I'm new here too! I agree with drinking plenty of water and watching what you're eating. Try to keep a small journal. They say if you can see what you're eating, you'll start making changes.

Good luck!
