What a wonderful place!!
I'm 29 years old and am tired of being the fat one in the room. I have never been happy with my size even at my smallest which didn't last long before I ballooned again. So I have decided it's time to make a change. But I am scared becuase I am one of those who starts but never finishes. So I am getting my husband on the band wagon, joining this wonderful site, and am hoping for the best. Basically I am 5'7" 240lbs. Been trying to get pregnant actively for a year or so unsuccessfully, and the Dr. says if I lose weight it will help. But thats not the only reason I want to get down to 150lbs. I want to be able to look in the mirror and say I did it, and be comfortable in my body. But I have tried so many diets, and now that I am really serious have no clue as to what, or how. So I am asking for help. I have conisidered the Weight watchers, because I have heard lots of good things and that is one I have never tried, but don't have the money to join. Does any one know how to get the materials needed, without spending all that extra money?
