New here! Looking for support and accountability
Greetings!
I am hoping to lose about 15 pounds but ultimately what I want is to become more balanced and to continue to mend my relationship with food.
I have a history of serious eating disorders but have been in recovery for years now. I have done a lot of work on my relationship with food and when the pounds start to creep up I always try to make sure that I am dieting healthfully and that I don't let it become too extreme.
I am a vegetarian and a runner, hoping to run my first marathon in 2012. I have an extremely demanding job but I am very motivated to be a clean eater and very active in the new year.
I hope to meet many of your and I hope that I will be as positive and supportive for you as I know you will be for me.
