Hello everyone, I am new to the site and am very excited and happy that I joined.
I have been overweight for a couple of years now and have been unhappy for a very long time. I'm always thinking about how happy I would be at my goal weight but never really did anything about it. But that has definitely ended. I feel more than ready, determined and motivated to lose these pounds. I have been eating healthier and exercising for almost 2 months and have been able to lose 18lbs. I am an emotional eater and have found this to be my biggest obstacle. If anyone has some words of advice feel free to share, I would greatly apprectiate it.
