Greetings from South Carolina - My name is Joann and I am new to this fantastic site. Weight history - peaked in 1998 at 225, did Weight Watchers and lost over 50 pounds over a year. Kept it off mostly - up and downed a little in the past years, but never that high - until now. I am getting dangerously close at 208 and know it's time to do something. Looking for opinions on pointsplus weight watchers, southbeach, or simply filling weight watchers - need something flexible to avoid cravings. Glad to be here!
