I love setting goals but I've been trying to think a lot about what would be realistic and not setting myself up for disappointment. Hopefully this is a good number to aim for.
Weight: I would like to be out of the 190s (so -7.0 lbs)
CW: 196.8
End of Week 1: 199.0 (+2.2)

Exercise: I'm pretty satisfied with my activity and it's the one area where it never feels like a battle, so just keeping up what I'm doing now. 4x 45 min strength training (2x upper body, 2x lower body), 3x running, yoga at least 1x, and sometimes "bonus cardio" when hubby wants to go to the gym and I don't have anything planned.
Other: I think that's it! I got on the scale today and was exactly the same as last week's WI. That's only happened once before hehe. Better than a gain especially after the holidays, but man, I want to get that scale moving.
