I found a site on accupressure and I was wondering if any of you have ever tried it before? I tried to do a few points on my body and short of massaging a part of my foot that I never thought would feel good, I don't seem to feel any effect. I want this to work, though!
Maybe I'm expecting something too drastic? Maybe I'm not doing it correctly? Maybe it just doesn't work?
I use it sometimes. It depends on what you need it for. It's very useful for me because I get nausea a lot of times, and there are pressure points for that that help a ton.
