Default Mayo clinic diabetes diet book
Hi,
Has anyone read the Mayoclinic diabetes diet book and if so what is your review? It seemed just like the Mayo Clinic diet book.

I glanced at it in the bookstore but wasn't sure of its value.

I've recently been diagnosed and have been scouring the library for cookbooks and menu planners. I'd be interested in this as well.
