Default Hit my first MiniGoal
I restarted my weightloss plan after maintaining for the past summer, at 200 pounds. Today I hit 194 ...Even if its a small accomplishment, I feel really good about it. Thanksgiving week did massive damage to my plan xD....so its taken a month to get this 5 pounds off. Now 9 more till Normal BMI. Thanks for reading And thanks for all the support all of you guys offer.

WTG on the weight loss. I was about your starting weight and height so can't wait until I'm down as low as you! and I know, it's sometimes hard getting back on the right track again, but you can do it!
