Default A new new start...

So I had a new start a few months ago and I didn't stick with that. I decided this week to make a new start....again. I recently moved to a new place with a new job where I sit down most of the day. I also don't walk around here as much as I did in my hometown. So I decided to take a 30 min. bootcamp class on my lunch break at work and I'm also doing Weight Watchers. I have my e-tools, my iPhone app, and I go to meetings every Tuesday. I joined this community because with all of that, I still need more accountability. I don't know many people here, so there's no one to share accomplishments with. Hopefully, posting and reading other people's journeys can help me to stay on track.

YAY for new beginnings!! Post your successes, struggles and pitfalls, and I'll try to respond. What type of exercise and "food" plan are you going with?

I prefer to say food plan (or lifestyle choice), because diets imply that it's just a temporary means to an end... and that's daunting!
