Depression and Weight Issues - FEB 14, Happy Valentine's Day!

I just popped in to wish you all a great day!

DH just left for a doctor appointment and I'm headed for the haor salon. We're going shopping since tomorrow a friend of DH's will e here to work on the kitchen remodeling.

Well good morning Tippy and all to come! It's good to see a post from you. Ya'll sure have been busy with that kitchen remodeling.

I need to do payroll so I will check back later and catch up on the posts.

I hope you all are having a great day. Hubby is on his way home today and I can't wait. This week seems to have been much harder than when he usually goes out of town. Him deing home is going to be the best Valentine I could ever get.

One of the girls on another thread I am on said her hubby sent her a card that said he was loving less of her everyday. i thought that was so sweet. She said that he is really supportive of her weight loss. I think it is great that she has that from him. I know a few women that don't have that and I am sure that just makes it that much harder.

The owner is gone for the weekend. :cp: I have a feeling that I will be playing on the computer all day!

Hi again......we did go to our breakfast....I did well...had oatmeal with milk & a fruit cup. We were up so early...6:05 A.M.....when we got home...it felt like noon....I told DH...we could go back to bed....but instead we read the newspaper.

I feel better today....the counsellor told me that when something happens & the reaction we have...whatever it is...sad or feeling down...sometimes it is just a normal reaction to the situation...not the depression.

So this morning I did the light therapy earlier...it works best that way....she said....so ...will have to remember to use it by 9 A.M. every day.

I went to see my little Valentine Boys and take them to lunch.then to the Dollar Tree..........their favorite place!

It has rained all day here in Kentucky..........better than ice I suppose.

No special plans for tonight.hubby took me out Weds night.I will fix him his favorite supper.bacon,eggs,biscuits & GRAVY! Have NOT made gravy for long time.hope I can still make it! He will be happy! He liked his new shirt so well...he put it on!
