My goals for December are 1300 minutes and 8 video workouts. That worked really well for me in November. I'll be out of town some of December, so it will be more of a challenge.
There will be a lot of days in December when I won't be allowed to exercise for medical reasons, and other periods when I'll be allowed only light exercise, so this month is going to be kind of rough on that front. But, pledging anything at all will help keep me moving, even if it's only walking, on the days I'm allowed. So, I am going to make my goal for December 15 days of exercise. Hopefully that will be do-able!
December is full of orchestra performances and family visits, but I still want to set a reachable goal.
My goal will be at least 10 days that have one of the following:
(a) 2 mile jog
(b) Leslie Samsone's Two Milw Walk video
(c) 20 minutes on exercise machine (treadmill, gazelle, or mini-trampoline)
December Goals :
1) Walk dog 1/2 hour at LEAST 5x/week...he needs to lose 20 pounds!
2) Walk additional 1 hour at LEAST 5x/week
3) Train on BodyBar at LEAST 3x/week
4) Start Yoga class...I am literally a two minute walk from the one in town and I've been putting it off forever
Okay so far today I've walked the dog! It's pretty cold out! 37 degrees currently
December is hard for me with exercise. I'll have family here for a week, I'll be out of town for a week, and apparently I need to rehab my piriformis muscle again. So lets see...
Goals:
Doing my rehab work, twice a day, every day, even when I think it's all better.
An hour of active movement every day, even if it's just my rehab and a walk.
*sob* I don't want to move. I want to sit here and not make my back hurt! Even if I know that just makes things worse in the long run.
Get to goal & stay there!

Sorry I've been MIA last month everyone. After having the flu, it was difficult to get moving again. I paid for it with a low weight loss. I think I also need to scale down my workouts at the beginning and work up from there.
So my pledge this month is to get in 13 workouts (avg. 3 workouts a week) of the whole Callanetics Evolution DVD (63-minute long). I think this is totally doable!
I promise to be more active on the boards, too, this month.
Did Chris Freytag's Xtreme Body Workout (40 min) and walked the dogs 1.5 miles (30 min). Yesterday I walked them 1.5 miles in 27 min . . . today it was half walk, half sniff!
