I'm so proud of myself & just wanted to share.

How is everyone else doing? Where the heck has Miss Chris disappeared to? And are we sending out the dogs for Laura (lorelei1), too?

Well done on turning them down! The secret to successful dieting is knowing how to say no. You've just gotta get used to that no word and before long you don't even mind!
