Another week of eating on plan!

P2

1: scrambled eggs with spinach and sundried tomatoes
2: green monster
3: carrots and hummus
4: spaghetti and meatball bake from clean eating (ww pasta, homemade sauce, lean meatballs)

exercise: 40 min. step, 2 miles on the treadmill?

L: WW grilled cheese sandwich, brussel sprouts, 1 serving rice crackers
S: 3 clementines
D: nothing as my tummy hurts. Wonder why!?!??!

L: taboule and salad, hummos,

b - slice of ww bread with peanut butter topped with half a banana
l - soup and pepperoni stick
s - probably a glass of wine and slice of cheese
s - roasted pork with mushrooms, brussel sprouts and salad.

I will go walking in the mall today since its raining

Yesterday (on plan but not the best)
B: 3 clementine (on the road)
L: TRAFFIC - I would have eaten the cars if I could. Rest areas had nothing for me
S: WW bagel and 1 tablespoon cream cheese (full fat), large iced coffee (splenda and creamer)
D: 2 hot dogs, sauerkraut and mustard (no buns, Nathan's was the only thing open)

TODAY
B: 6 clementines
L: 1/3 frozen WW pizza (burned it)

I have to go food shopping eventually but I had a rough drive yesterday and slept in. Oye - not dying was the good part of the day!
