You have to put in one file through a program like paint.

Good morning! My sister in law and her family are in town from Pennsylvania. We are having an early Thanksgiving get together with my father in law tomorrow. I have lots of baking to do today. I am the dessert queen of my family! Most IPers wouldn't like that, but for me, I am glad to bring the dessert. Usually I am so tired of being around all of the sweets that I don't want it once it's time to eat it. Hoping I feel that way tomorrow. Either way, I'm staying OP. There are really no Thanksgiving foods worth sabotaging myself at this point.
I did lots of reading on this site last night about phases 3 and 4. My mind is slowly starting to wrap around the concept. Feeling much better about properly phasing off in the near future.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good morning! Today I had my first WI where I didn't loss anything! I think my body just needed a week to settle! I asked my coach to take measurements because I wore a pair of 'goal jeans' yesterday and I knew in order for them to zip comfortably I've gone way down.

My hips are down a total of 9 inches, my waist is down a total of 6 inches and my thorax is down a total of 6 inches. I feel amazing and will continue with this program to take off the last few pounds.

Happy Saturday everyone. It's going to be a quiet Saturday around here which will be nice for a change. I think I'll go out for a walk, give the dog a bath and then out to dinner with my husband and my daughter as younger son is going out to a hockey game tonight with his youth group.

It's been fun donating old clothes, but sometimes other things remind me that I'm loosing weight too. Yesterday while all of the teens where in school I decided to go see the new Twilight movie which was great timing as the theater was half empty. I sit down in the seat and all of a sudden it occurs to me that there is actually some room still in the seat when I sat down. It was a great feeling not having the arm rest battling for space with my thigh.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Awesome inches loss! My scale hasn't budged in a while either and I may adjust my goal, but look where we are compared to just a short while ago. Celebrating your success is excellent!

Talking New and excited!

Hey y'all!

Cumming, GA reporting in! I'm new to the program and very excited. I'm finishing my first week and can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow. I weighed in on Thursday (I'm doing it twice a week) and have lost 4 lbs already this week! Wow! I know it won't continue like that, but I'm excited about such a great start.

My mom is seeing a coach and buying the IP foods, (and dropping weight like crazy!) which I can't even dream of affording right now. I'm doing this on my own (tracking nutrients and will be home testing for ketones soon). As soon as I can afford it, I plan to check in with my Primary Care doctor so he can make sure my levels are all good, but I already know that aside from morbid obesity and low iron, I'm pretty healthy. Had testing done a while back. So I'm confidant that I can do this, if I follow the rules carefully. Been a great week so far!

I found 3fatchicks.com because every time I searched for information about the program this forum came up! I finally just stopped looking anywhere else. This is a fantastic place for info and recipes and IP food alternatives. Just fabulous!

Anyway, this is my first post here. Hopefully there will be many more to come! I'm new to the forum experience, so its a little overwhelming, but y'all seem to have everything so clearly labeled and with instructions, so it's not so bad!

Looking forward to getting to know more people on this eating plan (hate the word "diet")! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

PS. I'm including a photo of my supplements basket, along with my daily dose baggies. *Sigh* Organization makes me happy. Hopefully the picture will work. xoxo

Bludolphin, I am so encouraged by your progress pics! Incredible progress in just 3 months! I'm definitely going to create an image like that, as I go along.

stolaf, that's awesome! I'm glad you got some encouragement from your measurements when the scale didn't show what you wanted. I still need to have my husband help me with my measurements.

I agree. I won't be baking anything, but mom and I are making IP friendly dishes to bring to the feast. I've had a lot of great Thanksgiving meals, but I've never had long term success at losing weight. I'm sticking to this plan no matter what!!
