I am going on a trip in February and would like to lose approx 10lbs and tone up. I am going to get a new workout but can't decide which to get. Either Turbo Fire or Zumba Exhilarate... Any suggestions? I have a crazy work schedule and a toddler so the program needs to be flexible on time. Some days I would be able to work out longer and other days, not at all.

I think I would suggest a kettlebell workout for extreme toning! It works wonders and its so easy to fit into a busy day!

Zumba Exhilarate is cool, I also have it but since you mentioned that you have a tight schedule, I REALLY recommend Jillian Michaels from the biggest loser's workouts.
The shortest workout in ZE is the 20min one but I think it's more cardo, the rest off the workouts range from 40 min to over an hour.
Have a look at the 30 Day Shred or Yoga meltdown. It's between 20-30min each and I PROMISE you, you will get results. :) Good luck!
