I am in some serious need of motivation... I feel as though I have somewhat fallen off the wagon, and am having a hard time getting back on. I always go into the kitchens at work with the best of intentions, and plan to only eat an apple with some peanut butter... and end up with chips, and cheese, and a whole assortment of taboo foods (read
reos).... And don't get me started on meal times... I have somehow put it in my head that carbs are ok, as long as they are whole grains... which is true.. in moderation. Key work there: MODERATION.. dinner can not consist of a bowl of whole wheat pasta anymore...
I was thinking of joining a challenge, but it is November 15th, and I do not want to wait until December 1st, so I was thinking of starting one. Anyone interested in trying to loose 10 lb by December 15th? We will have to make it through thanksgiving... but I believe in us. What do you say? Anyone in??
