Good job Dana & SAPF! I don't weigh myself until Thursday, but my food & exercise have been good (so far, anyway). I'm hoping the scale reflects that :)

I cannot believe I've stayed the same this week as I've been eating more the past three days. Went out to eat twice this weekend, and gobbled up the leftovers yesterday - things like magic cookie bars - oh, so good - chocolate, deep fried oysters, shrimp fried rice, duck spring rolls, salmon soaked in butter, 1 frozen daiquari. All this stuff should add up in calories - I don't know how much, but I'm glad I didn't gain. I compensated a bit by making my other meals smaller, tried to fill up some on salad and water, and threw out the rest of the magic cookie bar crumbs when it became apparent that I was going to be the only one eating them, but I really enjoyed the rich food and good company and going out to eat.

I'm going to try to do some walking or swimming this week. It's been so cold and snowy, I haven't felt like taking walks. Too cold and slippery. But I want to at least swim this week. I need to move.

I lost two more pounds, for a total of 21 lbs.

Although I cheated today and with Valentine's Day, I'll be ecstatic not to gain them back...

I weighed myself yesterday morning and I lost 6lbs from Feb 2 - Feb 11. That's a total of 9lbs lost... WOOHOO

after a bunch of weeks of staying the same... working out out really hard... 4 point days.... it finally showed!!

3 lbs off this week!! i am SO happy.

Down 1.3 pounds today to 204.5 pounds & 109.1 total pounds gone. Happy with that :D

I'm with you. I decided not to weigh in for the 2nd week in a row, but thought I'd come in here and cheer on everyone else.

I'm glad you confessed. I was not going to.

Let's BOTH have a successful week and step on the scales without fear next week! We CAN do it!

I was down 5.2 at WW on Monday night. That's a total of 16.2 while on WW and 24 or so since my high in October. I had gained 2.8 the week before after a week-long trip to Atlanta.

Wow, you all seem to be doing just great!! I'm glad that everyone seems to have gotten their grove back!
Me, I'm back at 208 today, but on Sunday I was at 205?! Who knows. Anyway, I bought a great WW cookbook from Sam's that even has the points for all of the recipes and I can't wait to start using it. Maybe I'll actually be going down again soon.

Wow!! Congrats everybody.

I haven't been doing so good, but my 2 week total is ZERO pounds and to be honest, I'm THRILLED :eek:

The only thing I've done consistently right is the water I've been stress-eating (not huge quantities but the wrong foods).

Maintained at 219lbs. Seeing as my eating is still terrible I'm glad I didn't gain.
