Okay, with the encouragement of many folks on this site, I am going away for 2 weeks and planning to stay 100% on program. I have my packets and shaker packed. I'm bringing a huge salad on the plane. I sent the pdf file of what I can and can't have to my mother & MIL, so it looks like all systems go.
And I will not be weighing myself until we get back.
That is the most challenging part of all of this. I am an almost daily weigher.
