For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Monday- 60 minutes water aerobics, 60 minutes zumba, 8,500 steps
Tuesday- 40 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training, 9,100 steps
Wednesday- 30 minutes walking, 60 minutes moving furniture and carpet cleaning, 12,200 steps
Thursday- 30 minutes AMT, 60 minutes personal training, 10,100 steps
Friday- 60 minutes walking, 10,600 steps
Saturday- 60 minutes water aerobics, 8,200 steps

Last week due to all my lunches out (extremely unusual for me), I'm hoping this week I can get most of my regular workouts in.

Monday- zumba class! it was awesome sweat drenching class!
Tuesday- 2 mile walk on lunch hour
Wednesday- 2 mile walk on lunch + zumba class
Thursday- 2 mile walk on lunch
Friday-
Saturday- morning zumba class
