Default Starting today...super excited

I start today. I'm so ready to be rid of all this excess weight. Last night my 8 year old dd helped me prep our veggies for the week. She then picked out my packet for breakfast and lunch. I have a feeling she is going to be my biggest cheerleader. I've got this fear of being a slow to not at all looser.

Welcome to the site and welcome to IP.

This diet works if you stay on the protocol. I have yo yo dieted my whole life and never in my experience, has a diet worked so well for me.

This site will be a very helpful and motivating tool as well.

The first 3 or 4 days will be tough, but trust that it will definitely get easier!

Welcome and good luck on the diet. I too was worried that I wouldn't loose or at least be a slow looser. I was so wrong and you will love the diet too. Do hang in there for the first few days as they can be rough.

Welcome!!!!

I honestly wouldn't stress about being a slow loser, it will come off. Some weeks you may lose alot and some you may not. A loss is a loss, take what you get as it will come off!!

Just remember no cheating on the program, that will set you back so it's not worth it, but if you do happen to slip up, don't beat yourself up about it and just get right back on plan.

Yes...WELCOME!!!.....first question...MISSISSIPPI???....WHERE???.....I am in Gulfport....Maybe you are close!!!....anyways this is a great site, tons of information, recipes and LOTS AND LOTS of support!!!...I wouldn't stress about how fast you lose the pounds because the inches will come off just as quick even though you are a slow loser. We have a couple of slow losers but if you follow the program it works!!!!

As I am reading everyone's post, its like I am rereading what I have said to everyone. I am glad that everyone is being so encouraging, WE are such a GREAT group of people!!!

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I'll definitely be leaning on you all for support. Wuv I am from Hattiesburg. So far it's been a good day. I typically skip breakfast so I've been battling nausea all morning. Honestly, it hasn't been as bad as I was expecting. I'm just taking it a day at a time and I'm really looking forward to a time when I no longer have to buy BP pills.

oh cool, you aren't that far away. Mizzthang is from Hattiesburg or around that area. If you get too nauseaed take a 1/2tsp of the sea salt and lick it off of your hand...sounds weird i know but it will make you feel better and drink some water. Your BP will go down so much and you will feel awesome!!
