hiyas, down .8 for the week. whoo hoo :D

saturday:

breakfast: san/sea
at club: cocktail bagel and schmear of cream cheese 3
on plane:
fruit 1
some eggs/a sausage 5/8

home:
turkey breast cutlets 5
a shortbread cookie 2/15

shopping:
latte 2/17

dinner:
cutlet 2
curry 5/24
broccoli

bad move:
two mochi ice cream balls 4/28

exercise: none, except for walking
water: not enough
vitamin: nope

sunday-

allbran 2
milk 1
piece of toast 2
some feta cheese 2

lunch:
one rubios taco

dinner:
no idea, will probably just eat my hotel amenity- fruit and cheese plate and save the bottle of wine :lol:

exercise: at hotel gym tonight - 45 min run/bike or something else
water: oh i should
