Default Which is healthier?

I'm stuck between a rut and a hard place.

For lunch (due to extenuating circumstances) I packed chicken nuggets (breaded ) and cucumbers instead of my normal healthy lunch.

I also have some protein shakes (i usually drink one for breakfast, so I have some with me) and a bag of almonds.

So which one is healthier? The super-low-carb shake and almonds which will leave me in a few hours? Or the breaded chicken nuggets (aka, real food) that will stay with me?

Bear in mind, I'm going out of town today, so I probably won't get to eat again till 8, and my dinner THEN might be a shake and almonds due to lack of time and other options.

Silly me for not planning ahead.

I honestly think the shake and almonds will be better and will keep you fuller longer (due to protein and EFAs). They are higher in nutrients and vitamins as well.
