Hello, My name is Penny,I am a mother of 4 beautiful children and never had a weight problem until I had my children. I am so depressed about my weight that it's hard to do anything but make sure my children are taken care of. My husband is very frustrated about my low motivation. Please I need some help to get on a weight loss program and get some motivation. Any comments are greatly appreciated :( Thanks Alot Penny
