hey gang :wave:

I cannot believe it is already November! Christmas cannot be this close already.

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the 5 really big miles. I did the warm up and cool down, and the 1st and 5th miles.

I just tried these videos a few weeks ago and love them. Funny thing is, Leslie Sansone started out in my little town and it took me this long to actually try one of her videos. I love them and do them every day even if I have already did my outside walk too. I did a 3 mile walk with her this morning.

HI, I'm going to join this thread. I have been walking away the lbs since June. I found this thread at the end of last month but wanted to start a new month. Today I did Walk Slim fast & firm 4 really big miles but I did 3 miles.
I too want to know what the big burn is.

Carol - The Big Burn is the name of the dvd that I used. I always post how many miles I walked along with the name of the dvd that I used :) I really like that one - it's 2 miles of intervals and I like the walking gang on this one too :)

this morning I walked 2 miles. I used the Walk & Jog dvd.

it sure was easier to get up this morning with the time change ;)

Hello everyone! So nice to see some new faces here. I am going to do my best to post daily here, at least on weekdays. I've gotten out of the habit.

I did the 4 Mile Fast and Firm w/ band this morning. I am aiming for a min. of 4 miles daily this week, with 5 miles on Tues/Thurs. if at all possible. :carrot:

There is a warm up, mile 1,2,3,4,5, a cool down and a stretch. All that takes 88 min.

Yikes, I may have to reconsider buying that one.

I slept in this morning and I probably needed it. Feel really good today despite guilt and TOM!:D

Doing 2 to 5 mi. 6 days a week. This week will be challenge with oodles of company already here.

hey gang - i hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving!!!

I walked FAST for 30 minutes yesterday after thanksgiving dinner. today i walked 2 miles AND put up the Christmas tree and inside decorations. tomorrow i'll be cleaning house all day and that will have to be my exercise for the day.

Oh, I love this thread. I use to use these walking tapes all the time and then found the high kicks were causing strain on my lover back. (may just have to cut them down a bit or just walk during those times)

But, I think I may give them another try, it was always so much fun and something that was just easy to do at home, inside.

You guys are all doing really good.

hey chickadee!!! thanks for the encouragement girl!!!! we appreciate it.

we would love for you to post here. maybe during those high kicks you could just do little kicks, low to the ground, or like you said, just walk during that time. leslie is good about saying do what you can, just keep moving.

carolr - so sorry you are exhausted. this is a terrible time of the year for us gals - way too much too do - and not enough hours in the day. i hope you get some rest!!!!

Hi everyone!! Did way too much eating this weekend, especially off-plan foods. I am comitting to a min. of 3 miles each weekday of this week to hopefully avoid a gain. Didn't get enough water over the holiday, either.
