Brrr .... the theme of today's food choices: Warm!

Bfast
hot coffee 0
warm toast 1/1
warm scrambled egg whites 1/2
hot herbal tea 0
ff yogurt 2/4

Lunch
Out for sushi with my sister - 7/11
4 pieces nigiri - 3
8 pieces nori maki - 4
hot green tea, water

Snack
something worth 2 points (Starbucks nonfat latte?) 2/13

Dinner
pizza 5/18
wine 2/20

Vitamin: yes
Exercise: 50 minute walk + 50 situps
Water: goal: 64 oz.
