Tomorrow is my last weigh in with WW. The 16 week at work tour comes to an end. I will weigh in for the first time without my shoes. That has been a bit of a running joke.

Since week 9 I've been calorie counting instead. I've had better success with that (9 pounds in 4 weeks versus 4 pounds in 8 weeks of WWPP). However, I stayed the same for 3 weeks and last week gained .6. I can blame that on myself, by having become complacent with the diet, fed up (that's a funny term), bored, daring, etc.

Yesterday I went back to basics. Glucerna (diabetic shake) for lunch/breakfast, 2 fruit snacks, and a generic dinner, 1 plate. For dairy, skim milk in my coffee, possibly some greek yogurt with a fruit snack. Its healthy, its about 1200/1300 daily calories, and its kind of an auto pilot no brainer, which I really need now. I need to keep it simple, take a break from tracking everything and stay off the scale for a good month.

Before joining WW, I lost 8 pounds on my own doing this, and I just need the simplicity of it again.

Lovely, I hope to see you on other areas of the board. Patchymama too.

Continued good luck in your WL efforts.

chicksinger, your idea just shows that we can create our own program, looks like you have a good handle on it. I find calorie counting works best
for me, too.
