I'll join in here! Lately I've been losing on average about 4lbs/month so that would put me at an 8lb loss by the end of December. It's going to be tricky because I have 3 business trips coming up AND will be visiting relatives but this will be great motivation for me.
So here's to seeing 164lbs by the end of December.
ETA: So
Starting Weight: 172lbs
Goal Weight: 164lbs
Current Measurements: 41/32/41 I'd love to lose another inch off of my waist too...

I'd like to weigh in each Friday.... So Friday or Saturday weigh INS, whichever works best for you ladies!
Starting this Friday there is 8 weeks until the New Year
1 lb loss per 8 week= 8 lbs lost
2 lb loss per 8 week= 16 lbs lost
3 lb loss per 8 week= 24 lbs lost

I'm down for this challenge, too!
My hope was to be down to a healthy BMI by then, which is actually my goal, so let's say 15 down in 8 weeks.
There are midterms and finals before then, though.. so we'll see how stress impacts my efforts.

I'd love to greet the New Year under 200lbs for the first time since...gosh I don't even know when. So, 15 pounds for me by Jan. 1.

I'm here Xmas is to far away for me, so I'm making my November goal first, then when I hit that I can set the next one
I had one of those energy bars this evening, only to realize it was loaded with sugar?!? Why do they have it in the healthy section?! I'll have to input the nutritional data BEFORE eating my food from now on!!! Anyway, I'm guessing that is what made me feel totally hyped when I got home... So I went for a run! The good news is I burned more calories than the bar contained!

neveah - Super job! LOL! Those bars do have a lot of sugar, but they give a good instant rush for workouts That's the benefit... just have to make sure it out-weighs the negative.. don't have one as you sit on the couch for tv time
to all the new folks!!!
As you see, I have set a goal back in Aug to reach for when Santa comes... I have not made "goal" the last 2 months... but determined to hit that number... or as close as physically possible I do weigh ins on Saturdays... and have had to take a break from workouts for medical reasons... but starting this Saturday, I am back on my horse in full-strength! We got this!!!!
