Default something weird... i think!

I weigh in every two weeks.. and I DO NOT cheat.. my weigh in was on tuesday, and I was at 195, I try not to weigh myself between weigh ins... for this exact reason!! I was at my cousin's hosue this morning and I sneaked onto her scale and it said 200... I did this once before and the scale said the same as my weigh in, then a couple days later I went to my weigh in and I had lost 6 lbs.. soo do you think it could be her scale is possibly low quality?? or did I gain five pounds? i guess it could be anything really.. I am never ever weighing myself between weigh ins again!! probably.. haha..

Most of the time no two scales weigh the same. That is why I don't own one.....lol....I wouldn't worry about it!

The best way to weigh yourself is to always weigh under the same conditions. Same scale, same time of day, same clothing or no clothing always the same to get a true picture. When you weigh on different scales at different times you will find too many variables.

Best way to weight in according to me - weight with the same cloths, and at the same time in the same scale - this works for me.
