In the book it specified unbreaded as far as vegetarian chicken products go.....I did not see where it says it is ok to start having these (ya know like the spicy chik patties by morningstar). Thanks!
I don't think anything breaded is allowed...unless the breading is all whole grains, then I think it may be okay in phase 2. Processed convenience foods are hard...the list of ingredients is so long it is easy to miss something!
