Thumbs up First Day for Me!
Hello, I've been lurking around here for a few days now... asking for advice, etc.

Today I am starting a healthy life and I'm not going to stop! I am so inspired by all of the people here.You are a wonderful bunch of strong and determined and compassionate folks!

I am super excited about my journey, and even though I know I will have days where I am NOT excited, I know I can come here and tell ya'll about it and become inspired once again

So think you all for inspiring me and helping me feel like I can do this!

I just started my diet about a week ago...and just started loggin on here as well, and the people here are so amazing and so nice...the encouragement that you get from these people is enough to keep you going...They are right here cheering you on the whole time...it's awesome...Good luck to you..
