On Day 10 of Phase 1 and as of this morning I am down 10 pounds! I am amazed at how quickly the cravings go away, though I am looking forward to having an apple with my lunch again. And I really need to find an alternative to celery as my "dipper" for hummus, chicken salad, etc.
Red and yellow bell peppers are my favorites for dipping, but I also like broccoli, cauliflower, grape tomatoes, jicama, and cucumber or zucchini spears for scooping. Raw green beans and snow peas are also delicious.
